Ravian Jewels Return Policy

1. Parcel Opening Video Requirement
To ensure the authenticity of claims regarding defects, damages, or missing items, we kindly request that you record a video of the parcel being opened. This documentation is required in order to verify genuine issues and to process any return or refund requests.
2. Return Notification Period
You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 3 days of receiving your order. Any claims made after this period may not be eligible for return.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for returning items via a traceable shipping method (such as courier or registered post) at their own cost. Please ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
4. Delivery Charges
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product, we will assess its condition and notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Process
For exchanges, we recommend initiating a return for the original item. Once the return is authorized, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send the returned item. Please be aware that any returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.
- After your return request is confirmed, we will provide the return address.

- Upon successful inspection and quality assessment of the returned product, your refund will be processed.
